Friday, by direct mail the KTRM paid for a mailing referring to me as a criminal and by redacting the dates, inferred of a recent incidence. In 1986, while at a Republican gathering, Steve Cloud and his buddy had cocktailed too long. They insulted me a few times; that didn't work to rile me so they insulted my father. I struck Cloud's friend and he was unconscious. Cloud hightailed to the exit before he and I could further discuss it. I have no excuse for my actions, as they were wrong. I have contempleted over the last 4 days whether I would have done anything different. We exchanged apologies and I paid a $150 fine in 1987. It seems like an unmanly action by Cloud to try and trick voters of the 23rd district. I am a Republican candidate for the 23rd house district.
